- 1/2 pound cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- 1 container (336g) Jalapeño turkey sausage
- 3/4 cup white rice
- 3 green bell peppers
- 1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
- 1 can beef broth
- Tony Chachere’s seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a greased 13 x 9 inch pan, combine chicken, shrimp, rice, bell peppers, tomato sauce, beef broth, and seasonings.
- Layer sliced turkey sausage on top.
