Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 2 ounces Tia Maria (coffee liqueur)
  • 1–2 ounces Gingerbread Syrup (homemade)
  • 2 ounces Heavy Cream
  • Ground cinnamon and granulated sugar for rimming
  • Optional: Gingerbread cookie for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Gingerbread Syrup by simmering water, fresh ginger, brown sugar, molasses, orange zest, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Strain and cool.
  2. Rim a glass with a mixture of ground cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Fill the glass with ice. Layer vodka, Tia Maria, and gingerbread syrup in that order.
  4. Carefully top with heavy cream poured over a spoon to create layers.
