- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a non-stick saucepan, melt semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla extract over low-medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into a lined baking pan and spread it evenly.
- In another saucepan, combine sugar, cream, egg yolks, and butter over low heat. Stir until thickened (about 5-7 minutes).
- Mix in shredded coconut and walnuts until well combined.
- Spread the coconut-walnut mixture over the first fudge layer, then top with the remaining chocolate mixture.
