Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless salmon fillets
- 40g (1/4 cup) plain flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp (90g) unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely diced
- 120ml (1/2 cup) vegetable stock
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
