Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp butter (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 lb. cod (4 filets)
- 1 fresh lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
- In a small bowl, mix together butter, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and parsley until well combined.
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish and coat each filet generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Slice half of the lemon into rounds and place on top of the fish; cut the remaining half into wedges for serving.
