  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (plus more for dusting)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter (for frying)

Instructions

  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of four bread slices. Layer with sliced strawberries and spoonfuls of strawberry jam, then top with remaining bread slices.
