  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 (3.4 ounces) package instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. On a lined baking sheet, drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough spaced apart.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15 minutes; then lower temperature to 350°F (175°C) for another 15 minutes.
  6. Cool completely on wire racks before filling with vanilla cream mixture made from heavy cream, whole milk, and pudding mix.
