  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup grated or julienned carrots
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Add cabbage, carrots, soy sauce (or tamari), and sesame oil. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crunchy.
