Ingredients
- 20–25 large pasta shells
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil or parsley, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool on parchment paper.
