Ingredients

  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 100g golden syrup
  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 150g milk chocolate
  • 125g Mint Aero Bubbles
  • 175g white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Grease and line an 8×8” baking tin.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits in a ziplock bag using a rolling pin.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and golden syrup over low heat.
  4. Melt dark and milk chocolates in a bowl using the microwave.
  5. Combine melted chocolates with the butter mixture, stir in the crushed biscuits, and pour into the tin.
  6. Press half of the Mint Aero Bubbles into the mixture and smooth out.
  7. Prepare the toppings: melt milk and white chocolate separately; color white chocolate green.
  8. Spoon alternating chocolates over the traybake to create a marbled effect.
  9. Chill for at least two hours before slicing into squares.
