- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (30ml)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (15ml)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (30ml) for cooking
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- 1. Prepare all ingredients: Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces; thinly slice the chicken.
- 2. Heat a large wok or non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil until shimmering.
- 3. Cook the chicken in the hot wok for about 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked; remove from the pan.
- 4. In the same wok, add garlic, ginger, cabbage, and bell peppers; stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until tender.
- 5. Return the chicken to the pan along with soy sauce and sesame oil; stir to combine and cook for an additional minute.
