Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract, red food coloring, vinegar, and cocoa powder until combined. Gradually add flour and salt until just mixed.
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup of the batter for swirling later; pour the remaining batter into the prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer, then drop spoonfuls of reserved brownie batter on top.
