  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
