Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  3. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for about 70 minutes until set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an hour.
