Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened butter until creamy. Gradually add brown sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Press 1 3/4 cups of the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, stir sweetened condensed milk with dark chocolate chips until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the baked crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over it, then add semi-crushed raspberries and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
