Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix softened butter until creamy. Gradually add brown sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly.
- Press 1 3/4 cups of the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a saucepan over low heat, stir sweetened condensed milk with dark chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the baked crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over it, then add semi-crushed raspberries and mini chocolate chips.
- Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
