  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).

  4. Remove chicken from marinade and place skin-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
