  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. In the crockpot, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the beef mixture and a portion of cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
