- 1 package (12 ounces) maple breakfast sausage
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) great northern beans, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) whole corn kernels, drained
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (15 ounces) pure pumpkin puree
- 4 cups chicken stock
- Spices: ground cumin, chili powder, ground nutmeg, black pepper
- 8 ounces plain cream cheese
Instructions
- Remove casings from the maple breakfast sausage. In a skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble the sausage until browned (about 8-10 minutes). Drain excess fat.
