  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)

Instructions

  3. Place seared chicken in the crockpot and top with minced garlic and capers. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the mixture. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until chicken is tender.
  5. Remove chicken from the crockpot and whisk butter into remaining juices to create a rich sauce.
