  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
