- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread cheese mixture on one side of each chicken breast; wrap each one with two slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat; sear wraps until golden brown on each side (3-4 minutes).
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
