  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin, and seasoned salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
