  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
