- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas with granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add the egg, oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill muffin tins 3/4 full with banana batter and top each with a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture. Swirl gently using a toothpick.
