- 300 grams pasta
- 300 grams broccoli
- 1 fennel bulb
- 200 grams halloumi cheese
- 3 tablespoons pesto
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Olives
- Roasted red peppers
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, boil water and cook broccoli florets for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry cubed halloumi until golden brown on all sides.
