Description

  • 12 oz pasta (rotini, bowtie, or penne)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with chicken, turkey bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheddar cheese; toss gently.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
