  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for swirl)
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well; stir in vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add to the creamed mixture along with sour cream.
  4. Pour half the batter into the pan; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix, top with remaining batter and gently swirl using a knife.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
