Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract.

- Roll the dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter and coat each ball with chopped hazelnuts. Place on baking sheets spaced 2 inches apart.
