Ingredients
- 1 package Oreos (crushed)
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- ⅓ cup dark brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
- 1 can dulce de leche
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter and press firmly into a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and cool.
- Melt semi-sweet and bittersweet chocolate together until smooth; set aside.
- Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in sugars, followed by eggs one at a time, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate until incorporated.
- Stir in the dulce de leche until evenly mixed, then pour over cooled crust.
