  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 10 oz bag of Hershey Caramel Kisses
  • Sea Salt Flakes (optional)
  • Salted Caramel Sugar (optional)
  • Dark Cocoa Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in egg, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients; mix until combined.
  5. Chill dough for at least one hour.
  6. Shape chilled dough into balls; roll in sugar.
  7. Bake for 6-8 minutes; press a Caramel Kiss onto each cookie and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Cool on wire racks before serving.
