- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 4 scallions, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Cook 1 pound of radiatore pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In an extra-large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup mayonnaise, 3/4 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons honey, 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper until smooth.
