  • 1 lb crab meat (or imitation crab)
  • 1 cup fish fillets (cod or haddock), cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken or seafood broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • ¾ cup milk (for biscuit mix)
  • ¼ cup melted butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large pot over medium heat, cook shrimp, crab meat, and fish for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Remove from heat.
  3. 3. In the same pot, add broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper; stir well and simmer.
  4. 4. Add frozen mixed vegetables and the cooked seafood mixture; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
