- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In another bowl, beat eggs with sugars and oil until combined. Stir in dry ingredients and fold in shredded carrots.
