Ingredients

  • 1 small cantaloupe
  • 1 small honeydew melon
  • 1 cup ciliegine mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 ounces prosciutto, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Pineapple vinegar (or any vinegar)
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut melons in half and use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh into balls. Place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add ciliegine mozzarella, fresh basil, sliced prosciutto, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
