- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces low-moisture mozzarella cheese (chunks)
- 8 ounces provolone cheese (shredded)
- ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh chopped basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil pesto, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes until tomatoes are blistered.
- While baking, mix sour cream and chopped basil in a bowl. Stir in mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan until combined.
