Ingredients
- 1.2 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat chicken wings dry and place in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if desired). Toss to coat wings evenly.
