  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if desired). Toss to coat wings evenly.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  6. While roasting, melt butter in a pan over low heat; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  7. Once wings are done, toss them in the garlic butter before serving.
