Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat; sauté minced garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add medium grain rice and toast until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Stir in frozen corn.
- Pour in boiling water and chicken bouillon; stir well.
