  • 16 oz extra firm tofu
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 23 cups romaine lettuce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Slice pressed tofu into strips; coat in cornstarch mixed with garlic powder and salt.
  3. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 25 minutes until crispy.
  4. Dip baked tofu in buffalo sauce and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble wraps with vegan ranch, romaine, carrots, avocado, and buffalo tofu.
  6. Roll tightly and grill if desired.
