- 1 pound ground chicken
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 15–17 flour tortillas
- 3 scallions, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Salt and fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a medium pan over medium heat, cook ground chicken until no longer pink, breaking it into small crumbles.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, scallions, crumbled blue cheese, cooked chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out tortillas and add a few tablespoons of the mixture into each. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
