  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1517 flour tortillas
  • 3 scallions, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a medium pan over medium heat, cook ground chicken until no longer pink, breaking it into small crumbles.
  3. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, scallions, crumbled blue cheese, cooked chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay out tortillas and add a few tablespoons of the mixture into each. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt before baking for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
