  • 2 packs (400 g each) artisan flatbread
  • 5 tablespoons pesto
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 4 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix diced tomatoes, basil leaves, garlic, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt.
  3. Arrange the naan on the baking sheet and spread each with pesto before topping with mozzarella slices.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts and edges are golden.
