  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces toffee chips
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces (chopped small)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add melted butter, bourbon, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in toffee chips and chopped pecans.
  5. Cover dough and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden. Allow to cool on the baking sheet briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
