Instructions

  1. Mix sourdough starter with water and sugar in a bowl; add flour and levain until combined. Let sit for 1 hour.
  2. Mix in warmed milk, melted butter, egg, salt, and remaining flour to form a dough; knead for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubled (1-2 hours).
  4. Prepare filling by mixing blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread blueberry filling evenly.
