Ingredients
- 3 ½ to 4 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
