  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • Fresh lime wedges and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat a cast iron skillet or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and rub them with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey/maple syrup (optional), and rice vinegar/lime juice to create the sauce.
  5. Serve cooked salmon topped with the bang bang sauce, garnished with green onions and lime wedges.
