Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
- Fresh lime wedges and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a cast iron skillet or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and rub them with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
