Description

Bang Bang Salmon Bites are a deliciously crispy treat that combines tender salmon pieces with a creamy, sweet-spicy bang bang sauce. Perfect for any occasion, these bites are not only quick to prepare but also bursting with flavor.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Cook in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
  3. For the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Toss the cooked salmon in the bang bang sauce and serve warm.
