- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Cook in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.
- For the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Toss the cooked salmon in the bang bang sauce and serve warm.
