  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce. Set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in half of the bang bang sauce until everything is well-coated.
  7. To serve, place jasmine rice in bowls and top with turkey mixture. Drizzle remaining sauce on top and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
