- 6 cups mixed spring greens
- 1 corn on the cob

- Marinate the steak by mixing balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place the steak in a ziplock bag with the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- Make gremolata by combining minced basil, parsley, lemon zest, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Drizzle corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for about 10 minutes until marked and tender. Let cool before cutting off kernels.
