Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess grease, leaving one tablespoon in the pan.
- Add the onions, jalapenos, and garlic into the pan and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Reduce heat to low; stir in maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, paprika, and cooked bacon. Mix well.
