  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (for cooking)
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix (397g)
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Sweet chili sauce (for serving)
  • Chopped cilantro and sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; cook until chicken is fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey; toss well.
  4. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups; lightly spray with cooking oil.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Fill each wonton cup with the chicken mixture and top with Asian slaw.
  7. Serve warm with sweet chili sauce, garnishing with cilantro and sesame seeds.
