- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sweet chili sauce (for serving)
- Chopped cilantro and sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; cook until chicken is fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey; toss well.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups; lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
