Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon; cook for about 4-5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry; stir into apple mixture and cook until thickened (1-2 minutes). Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit to about 1/4-inch thick. Place a tablespoon of apple filling in the center of each biscuit, fold edges over to seal tightly.
